I had not backed up my computer in forever and, when it startup and then stop, I thought all was lost. It only took less than an hour to be up and running again AND YOU HELPED ME BACK UP MY STUFF !!!!

You really went above a beyond the call last week. We only thought there were 25 computers - WHO KNEW THERE WERE 85!!! Thanks and looking forward to giving you guys more work.
